Al. Neyer Announces New Two-Building Industrial Park in Mebane, NC

Real estate developer and design-builder Al. Neyer will produce Buckhorn Industrial Park, a two-building, 580,500 SF industrial property in Mebane, North Carolina. The 48-acre site will feature a cross-dock Building I, 375,000 SF, and a rear-load Building II, 205,500 SF.

Construction began in July 2021, and the project team expects both buildings to be completed by July 2022.

Thermo Fisher Scientific will occupy Building I, a new manufacturing facility, which will be the company’s eighth North Carolina location.

Buckhorn Industrial sits at the corner of Buckhorn Road and West Ten Road on the I-85 / I-40 corridor. At this location, 50% of the US population is accessible within a 12-hour drive. The project is less than 30 minutes from Research Triangle Park which offers access to 200+ companies with over 46% engaged in life sciences.
