And for 125 years, our gaze has reached far beyond square footage and steel to build relationships based on unshakeable trust.

— Marianne James, Cincinnati Children’s
With the opening of our new cutting-edge facility, we’re meeting families where they are, closer to home, to provide clinical and surgical care specifically designed just for pediatric patients. With busy family lives, between work, school and extracurricular activities, we know that the trek into Nashville isn’t always easy. Now, these families will have the same excellence of services and nationally-ranked care that we provide at the main campus of Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt.
— John W. Brock III, MD, Senior Vice President for Pediatric Surgical Services, director of Pediatric Urology, Monroe Carell Jr. Professor and Surgeon-in-Chief Emeritus
As a world-leading manufacturer of bolt-securing solutions for advanced applications, the Nord-Lock Group is committed to enhancing safety in every industry we service. This commitment begins in each of our facilities, so when the Pittsburgh location began to explore construction options for our new North American headquarters, safety was of utmost importance. Al. Neyer’s design-build team became a trusted partner throughout the construction of this facility, as they understood our requirement for a safe working environment as well as our need to access the latest innovations for developing safe customer technologies. Thanks to this understanding, we had a very good overall experience with the team from the initial sales pitch through lease negotiations, planning, construction, and the handover of the building.

As a global leader in the hospitality and healthcare textile markets, Standard Textile needed a first-class distribution center to support its long-term growth strategy. We partnered with Al. Neyer to develop, design, and build a new facility in Northern Kentucky that could enhance our supply chain efficiencies and provide convenient access to our new Outlet Store. We were very impressed with the Al. Neyer team’s ability to adhere to a tight schedule while keeping our interests at heart. We highly recommend working with Al. Neyer and look forward to more opportunities to work together.
— Jim LeFevre, Vice President of Engineering and Logistics, Standard Textile Co., Inc.
Our goal for the project was to create a new, modern facility and work environment with better efficiencies. Powell Valves has 175 years in valve engineering and manufacturing experience however our experience with moving corporate offices and warehouses is very limited. Powell Valves relied on Al. Neyer as our trusted partner to design and build out our project to meet our needs. We’re happy customers with a fantastic new facility and would highly recommend Al. Neyer to anyone considering a move or new development project.
— David B. “Brandy” Cowart, Executive Vice President, The Wm. Powell Company
