Al. Neyer Secures STIHL as Tenant at Buckhorn Industrial Park in Mebane, NC

Design-build developer Al. Neyer welcomes tenant STIHL to Mebane’s Buckhorn Industrial Park in Orange County, North Carolina. Upon completion of STIHL’s building in Q2 of 2024, the first three phases of Buckhorn Industrial Park will include five buildings totaling 1.4 MM SF. STIHL joins Thermo Fisher Scientific in making this development its new home. STIHL selected this Al. Neyer development based on the manufacturing company’s objective to find a space close to its current location with enough space to meet their 10-year growth projections and expanding product line.

From the Triad Business Journal:

Stihl, the well-known German power tool manufacturer, has leased a new 265,200-square-foot distribution facility built specifically for them in Mebane.

Mid-Atlantic Stihl Inc. will move into the building on a 27.8-acre lot in Buckhorn Industrial Park. The address is 6485 Buckhorn Industrial Parkway, south of Interstate 40/85, at the intersection of West Ten Road, just outside the Alamance line in Orange County.

“The excitement around a development like Buckhorn Industrial Park is multiplied when a world-class company like Stihl chooses to continue to invest in the Triangle region.” Justin Parker, Triangle market leader with Al. Neyer.

Last year, Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE: TMO) bought a building in the park for $41 million.

Al. Neyer specializes in design-build construction for industrial, office and medical facilities as well as multi-family and urban mixed-use developments.
