Al. Neyer Prepares To Break Ground on The Hickory at Indian Lake Village

Al. Neyer has announced plans to construct The Hickory at Indian Lake Village, a 212 -unit luxury multifamily development in the upscale Indian Lake Village area of Hendersonville, TN. Construction begins this month with first units delivering in summer 2024. Al. Neyer is the sole owner, developer, and desing-builder for this multifamily development, a company first for Al. Neyer in this product type.

The Hickory will span two four-story buildings, offering one and two-bedroom residences along with market-leading amenities such as a two-level fitness center, co-working spaces, resort-style pool and clubhouse, and pet spa. The apartment community will be located less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville in the fast-growing suburb of Hendersonville, Tennessee, with immediate access to the Hendersonville Greenway walking and biking trail.

The Hickory is situated within Indian Lake Village, an upscale retail, office, residential, and entertainment development that serves as a destination for Sumner County and beyond. As part of the development, Al. Neyer will be constructing a roundabout and additional turn lanes to enhance access to retail and dining options located nearby.

The Hickory adds to Al. Neyer’s strategic growth in the multifamily sector . Al.
