Al. Neyer’s Nashville Market Announces Its First Luxury Multifamily Development

Adding to their growing repertoire of developments within the Middle TN region, Al. Neyer has announced their first multifamily project in the Nashville market – The Hickory at Indian Lake Village.

This four-story, two-building development will feature 212 one and two bedroom apartment residences along with luxury market-leading amenities such as a two-level fitness center, coworking spaces, resort-style pool and clubhouse, and pet spa.

Al. Neyer and its affiliated entity will serve as the project’s sole owner, developer, and design-builder, making The Hickory at Indian Lake Village the first Al. Neyer owned and developed multifamily project in company history. This project is also making waves in

the City of Hendersonville, as this is the first multifamily project to gain city approval in 7 years!

The project will be located less than 30 minutes from downtown Nashville in the fast growing suburb of Hendersonville, Tennessee. The site sits within Indian Lake Village, a mixed-use master-planned development featuring an array of shopping, dining, and entertainment. The Hendersonville Greenway runs along the border of the property and provides direct access to walking trails and several community parks.

As the team is set to begin construction in January 2023, Al. Neyer has estimated the first apartment units to be delivered in Summer 2024.
