A partnership between Kennor Cross Investments LLC and Nobis Rehabilitation Partners plans to buy a 3.4-acre site next to Summit Park from master developers Al Neyer and Vandercar Holdings LLC for the in-patient rehab hospital. On Jan. 28, Blue Ash City Council unanimously approved the final development plan for the rehab hospital in the Parkview portion of the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. Gina Thomas, chief development officer with Nobis, said Blue Ash and the Neighborhoods at Summit Park, in particular, offered a perfect location. “It’s a great place for us to build our next hospital,” Thomas said during Thursday night’s city council meeting. The three-story rehab hospital, which will be managed by Nobis, is expected to create 125 to 150 jobs, with an average annual salary of $72,500. About a third of those jobs will be nurses, another third will be speech, occupational and physical therapists, and the final third will be administration and support positions.
