Woman-Owned Firm Selected to Lease Retail Space at The Neighborhoods at Summit Park

“A woman-owned consulting and real estate firm has been selected to fill more than 39,000 square feet of commercial space in a mixed-use building in the Neighborhoods at Summit Park.

Urban Fast Forward, an Over-the-Rhine-based firm specializing in urban real estate and development and retail district revitalization, will handle retail leasing for the $55 million development from Al Neyer, Vandercar Holdings LLC and Fortus Group. Kathleen Norris, principal and managing director of Urban Fast Forward, said the Blue Ash assignment is a change for the firm, which has focused on independent bars and restaurants in the urban core since 2012.
