Neyer’s crews are moving along on the speculative industrial buildings in Hebron, Kentucky. When finished, both buildings will feature nearly 800,000 SF in space. Hebron Logistics Center is a collaboration between Al. Neyer and Dallas-based developer, Hillwood. If you were to drive by the site on Interstate 275, you would see the crews working hard to finish up the majority of the sitework. All steel work for both buildings is scheduled to be completed by the end of April. Once completed, the next step will be to pour 800,000 SF worth of concrete slabs inside the buildings. Work will soon begin on the asphalt and concrete paving, which will continue into the beginning of June. Al. Neyer plans to have both buildings completed by July 2017.
