Molly North

Molly North is a driven executive who some might say is obsessed with getting things done. As CEO, Molly leads the strategic direction of employee-owned Al. Neyer, a commercial real estate developer and design-builder headquartered in Cincinnati. Molly credits the success of Al. Neyer to its strong culture, a growth mindset, and cross-functional top talent. She invests heavily in fostering a culture that cultivates ownership in Al. Neyer’s projects and in the communities it serves. Molly was promoted to CEO in 2015, one year after the company became 100% employee-owned. Prior to becoming CEO, Molly served as the company’s CFO and prior to that as a real estate development director. Molly has served on the board of INDUS Realty Trust since 2020. Prior to Al. Neyer, Molly spent several years in various sales, finance, and accounting roles at Fifth Third Bank as well as at Ernst & Young in its Cincinnati and Zurich offices.

Heavily engaged in the community, Molly serves as a board director of the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber, and as the Cincinnati Park Board Commission President.  Molly also served as a Commissioner of the Cincinnati Futures Commission, an initiative chaired by P&G CEO Jon Moeller. Molly is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and Cincinnati Women’s Executive Forum.

A 2021 Cincinnati Enquirer Top Workplace leader, Molly has received recognitions including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2019, Midwest Real Estate News Magazine Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame, YWCA Career Women of Achievement, and Cincinnati Business Courier’s Women Who Mean Business Award and C-Suite Award.
