Officials from the city of Cincinnati and the Seven at Broadway development team are hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday morning to celebrate the project’s completion. The more than $22 million project added a seven-story building at Seventh and Broadway streets on top of an eight-story parking garage. Influential Downtown-based developer North American Properties and Over-the-Rhine-based NorthPointe Group worked to develop the apartments and Al. Neyer served as general contractor.
