This multifamily project is a modern student housing development featuring 55 units with 180 bedrooms and 175 bathrooms, alongside 2,800 SF of commercial space and two levels of parking. It includes many student-focused amenities such as a study hall, fitness center, and a credit union. Strategically positioned to serve the student population, this project represents a continued collaboration between North American Properties and Uptown Properties.
