Al. Neyer Makes Waves with Latest Nashville Area Project for Structural Building Product Provider, Simpson Strong-Tie

Al. Neyer is adding another impressive project to its Middle TN portfolio with Simpson Strong-Tie Industrial. The 496,336 SF two-building build-to-suit development will be Simpson Strong-Tie’s new manufacturing and warehouse hub in Gallatin, TN to fulfill their company’s expansion and operation needs.

This strategic move sets the stage for Simpson Strong-Tie to keep up with growing product demand and shift some of its fastener manufacturing operations to Gallatin. This change will create around 250 jobs throughout Tennessee, including 37 new positions.

Al. Neyer is proud to team up with Simpson Strong-Tie to bring this cutting-edge facility to life, ensuring a smooth expansion. Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE acted as Developer and Tenant broker representatives, while Ware Malcomb is stepping in as the project’s architect and engineer.

Al. Neyer has estimated the completion of Simpson Strong-Tie Industrial to be in Q3 2025.
