Al. Neyer Adds Pepsi to their Northfield Business Park Roster

Al. Neyer enhances the airport corridor in Pittsburgh by adding another new development to their growing footprint within the area – Northfield IV. This 147,548 SF build-to-suit building serves the Greater Pittsburgh market with the capability to distribute 10 million cases annually.

Al. Neyer’s design-build and development teams were able to pivot quickly from their original spec building to a state-of-the-art build-to-suit that will bring over 300 employees.

The prime location of Northfield Business Park was designed to attract local tenants with its proximity to the neighboring airport and a quick 20-minute drive to the Downtown Pittsburgh area.

Northfield IV marks the eleventh project within the Airport Corridor for the Al. Neyer team.

Al. Neyer served as developer and design-builder of Northfield IV and had an early completion delivery in Q3 2023.
