Moving Fast to Accommodate Growing Company

With customers like Lowe’s, Federated Department Stores, and Amazon.com, Intelligrated, Inc. has become a leading name in the development and production of sophisticated material handling systems and services. The company chose Al. Neyer to provide real estate advisory and design-build services as it planned a headquarters near Cincinnati. Al. Neyer simultaneously remodeled a plant near Columbus, Ohio, that Intelligrated acquired in a merger. After just nine months of construction, Neyer and several investment partners leased the headquarters back to Intelligrated.

Corporate Headquarters Expansion to Support Strategic Growth

Intelligrated expanded their Mason, Ohio corporate and R&D facility to support the company’s plans for strategic growth in the material handling industry.

The expansion on nine acres adjacent to their existing campus allows the company to more than double technical and engineering positions in research and development, system design and customer service, and to be the most technologically-advanced player in the material handling industry.
