Al. Neyer Closes on Second Forward Sale to Canadian-Based Granite REIT

Al. Neyer has closed on the forward sale of a three-building, rear-load speculative industrial property to Granite REIT, a Toronto-based real estate investment trust. The Lebanon, Tennessee project totals
509,250 SF, featuring Building I 169,250 SF, Building II 175,000 SF, and Building III 165,000 SF.

Al. Neyer is handling the development and design-build construction. The project team expects to complete the three-building project by November 2022 following the September 2021 start date.

This purchase follows closely behind Parkway Place, Al. Neyer’s first partnership with Granite, an 844,480 SF distribution facility in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Granite engages in the acquisition, development, ownership, and management of logistics, warehouse, and industrial properties in North America and Europe.
