Al. Neyer Planted Stake in Westmoreland County With Hempfield Commerce Center

Al. Neyer unveiled its third development in Westmoreland County, Hempfield II, following the success of Hempfield I, the new home to Flynn’s Tire. This new project comprises a 150,231 SF spec warehouse facility, marking the third collaboration with the Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation (WCIDC).

In Westmoreland County, a rapidly growing submarket within the Pittsburgh region, the strategic location at the intersection of I-70 and I-76 has fueled significant market expansion. Hempfield I and II, situated on Excel Drive, provides convenient access to the community.

WCIDC’s pro-business stance and commitment to industrial development have facilitated projects like Hempfield II, along with previous collaborations on Hempfield I and Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland.

Al. Neyer completed Hempfield I in Q4 of 2022 and completed Hempfield II in Q3 2023.
