With excellent access and visibility off the highway, as well as a prime location in the rapidly growing communities of Garner and Wake County, North Carolina, this site draws labor from multiple surrounding counties.

Garner Business Park 70 includes four completed buildings on approximately 50 acres. The tenant roster includes Lowe’s Home Improvement, Pack-Rat Moving and Storage, LKQ, Hilldrup, and MD Logistics.
