Al. Neyer Plans True Last-Mile Industrial Park in East Raleigh

Al. Neyer continues its momentum in the Triangle market with plans for Freedom Business Park, a two-building last-mile industrial park in east Raleigh, North Carolina. Building I will be 231,112 SF and Building II will be 192,214 SF. The design-build team starts construction in Q2 of 2020 with an expected delivery in Q2 of 2021.

The 28-acre urban in-fill site is located 1.5 miles from I-440, 2.5 miles from I-540, and 1.5 miles from I-87, with two signalized access points on New Bern Avenue and US-64 Business. Freedom Business Park will appeal to a wide variety of industrial end users who desire convenient access, easy ingress and egress, and close proximity to the explosive growth in the Triangle.

The two buildings will feature 30′ clear ceiling height. Building I offers 177 parking spaces, 25 truck doors, and two drive-in doors. Building II offers 107 parking spaces, 20 truck doors, and two drive-in doors.

The team has partnered with NAI Carolantic on leasing.
