Al. Neyer Expanded in Pennsylvania with Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland

Al. Neyer broadened horizons in Westmoreland County with Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland. The Westmoreland County Industrial Development Corporation (WCIDC) played a key role in the project’s development, facilitating the approvals of the project and with PennDOT’s enhancement to the I-70 Interchange at Waltz Mill Road for improved access.

The first building at Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland, a 250,000 SF distribution center, aligns with Al. Neyer’s existing 13-acre parcel in Hempfield Township, Tech Park II.

Commerce Crossing at Westmoreland is conveniently situated with easy access to major highways, including I-70 and I-76. This strategic location allows seamless connections to cities in the Eastern and Central U.S. within a 600-mile radius. The growing prominence of Western Pennsylvania as a distribution hub, coupled with Westmoreland County’s skilled labor force enhances the overall attractiveness of the region.

The project was completed in Q3 2022, and is now available for lease.
