Neyer Kicks Off 600,000 SF Spec Industrial Building at Cedar Farms Al. Neyer has broken ground on Cedar Farms II, a 600,000 SF speculative industrial project that intends to meet Greater Nashville’s insatiable need for e-commerce distribution space. The Cedar Farms development offers users prime positioning on 103 acres near the Couchville Pike and I-840 interchange in Lebanon. This will give e-commerce users easy access to three interstates and convenient same-day delivery to 39 million people within 300 miles of Nashville. Located on an approximately 40-acre site, the building will include 40′ minimum clear height and 60 dock doors (plus 60 future) as well as 4 drive-in ramp doors. This is Phase II of the Cedar Farms development; Phase I included a 902,000 SF building sold to Rooms To Go in 2019. Cedar Farms II is expected to be delivered by Q3 of 2021.
