Neyer announced plans to build Cancer Diagnostics, Inc.’s newest North Carolina manufacturing facility. The 41,500 SF build-to-suit project is the first life sciences tenant in our Raleigh market. Al. Neyer began construction in December 2021 and finished completion in Q2 2023. The building includes a 21,000 SF warehouse, 13,000 SF manufacturing area, and office and lab space. This facility is located in Durham, North Carolina, where CDI is headquartered. CDI purchased the new warehouse following completion.
