Al. Neyer’s New Industrial Business Park Joins the Corporate Neighborhood in Indianapolis

Adding to their growing footprint, Al. Neyer has announced their second development to the city of Mt. Comfort – Buck Creek Commerce Center. This new building is a 267,882 SF build-to-suit, office and warehouse facility, making it Al. Neyer’s second project venture in the state of Indiana.

As Hancock County quickly becomes home to many corporations, this booming market has recently experienced significant growth due to its close proximity to I-70 and Indianapolis Regional Airport.

The location of Buck Creek Commerce being off of North 700 West ensures easy, quick access to this growing community.

With many house-hold names nearby like Amazon, Walmart, CVS, Adidas, and Carvana to name a few, Al. Neyer is proud to be adding this new office/warehouse facility to the Indianapolis area.

Al. Neyer has estimated the completion of Buck Creek Commerce in March 2023.
