Al. Neyer Expanded to Greater Indianapolis Area with 1MM SF Industrial Project

Al. Neyer announced its plans to develop and build Aurora Commerce Center, a 1,008,000 SF speculative bulk industrial warehouse. This project exemplified Al. Neyer’s expanding geographic reach and represents
our first project in Greater Indianapolis. Aurora Commerce Center is in the Mount Comfort Corridor of Hancock County, one of the fastest-growing industrial submarkets in the Midwest.

Construction began in December 2021 and completed in Q1 2023. The new construction features conventional steel framing with precast concrete panel walls.

The project was executed in capital partnership with Washington Capital and United Bank, along with a design partnership with Curran Architecture and Kimley-Horn & Associates.
