Al. Neyer Completes True Last-Mile Industrial Park in East Raleigh

Al. Neyer continued its momentum in the Triangle market with a 130,000 SF last-mile warehouse in east Raleigh, North Carolina, for Amazon.

The 28-acre urban in-fill site is located 1.5 miles from I-440, 2.5 miles from I-540, and 1.5 miles from I-87, with two signalized access points on New Bern Avenue and US-64 Business. This site appealed to Amazon thanks to its convenient access, easy ingress and egress, and close proximity to the explosive growth in the Triangle.
