Al. Neyer to develop and build 906,811 SF Industrial Property Funded Primarily by Al. Neyer Industrial Fund I

Developer and design-builder Al. Neyer is constructing a two-building industrial property totaling 906,811 SF. Building A will be 600,050 SF and Building B will be 306,761 SF. This Hebron, Kentucky project is primarily funded by Al. Neyer’s first real estate investment fund.

Construction on the speculative property began in August 2021 with an anticipated delivery date of December 2022.

Hebron, Kentucky offers prospective tenants appealing regional access as 65% of the US population lives within 600 miles. It also has close proximity to major transportation hubs, such as the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and the Ports of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.

This marks Al. Neyer’s third project in the Hebron area – Hebron Logistics Center, a two-building, 798,710 SF industrial property, and Riverview Commerce Center, a 585,795 SF spec industrial warehouse. Standard Textile is currently leasing 438,641 SF of Riverview Commerce Center.
