Blue Ash Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval on Dec. 6 for the final development plan submitted by Dakota Legacy Group to build a four-story, 126-room Residence Inn at the Neighborhoods at Summit Park. Dakota Legacy has previously worked with Al Neyer, one of the developers of Neighborhoods at Summit Park, on two hotels in Nashville. Tom Wilson, director of real estate development at Al Neyer, said he is looking forward to continuing an “excellent relationship” with Dakota Legacy in Blue Ash. “We are excited to have such a well-respected hotel developer and operator involved with this exciting piece of the development,” Wilson told me. Fargo, N.D.-based Dakota Legacy and its parent company, Tharaldson Hospitality Management, have developed more than 450 hotels. It currently owns 45 hotels across the country and has plans for 100 new hotels in the next five years.” More from Tom Demeropolis at the Cincinnati Business Courier here.
