Neyer adds to executive team, hires Amy Reddy as VP of Talent From Cincinnati Business Courier: ONE OF CINCINNATI’S LARGEST GENERAL CONTRACTORS ADDS TO EXECUTIVE TEAM One of Cincinnati’s largest general contractors has created a new position on its executive team to support the company’s growth. Al Neyer has hired Amy Reddy to be the company’s first vice president of talent. In the position, effective April 19. In her role, Reddy will help support recruitment and development. With Al Neyer growing rapidly in its four markets – Cincinnati, Nashville, Pittsburgh and Raleigh, N.C. – Reddy said it is “crucial we secure the best talent.” “Along with recruiting new talent, I look forward to focusing on employee development and building strategic organizational initiatives to support our growth goals,” Reddy said in a release. Al Neyer has added 13 employees this year, increasing its total to 114. In April, the company closed its first real estate investment fund after raising $110 million to help develop its increased number of industrial projects. Reddy has more than 20 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining Al Neyer, she was the director of human resources and talent development at Colerain Township-based Family RV Group, where she guided the company through Covid-19 challenges, an acquisition and a reorganization of its hiring process. “Amy brings a driven-to-succeed spirit and a relationship-centric approach to her work which will allow not only our talent pool to grow, but our retention to remain high,” Molly North, president and CEO of Al Neyer, said in the release.
