Hennecke and Al. Neyer leaders recently broke ground on the 35,000 SF office and industrial project, which will allow the company to create material for vehicle parts. Al. Neyer was selected to develop and design-build the project because of its skills in creating custom industrial projects that support productivity efficiency. Hennecke has specific technical needs for electrical power and a structure that will help them maximize operations. Al. Neyer is creating a warehouse with a 10 ft. crane, which will allow the client to customize the space to their needs. Construction of the project began in late June, and Al. Neyer’s design-build team anticipates completing it in early 2019. Recent NewsTuesday June 11, 2024Al.
