“A new luxury apartment community will open next month in Clifton.

The Whitfield, a $17 million project with 117 luxury apartments, is nearing completion. The new development from Gaslight Property LLC is located at 3240-3250 Whitfield Ave., with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units. The apartments are open for tours and targeted move-in dates are mid- to late-April.

Rents range from $1,100 for a 615-square-foot studio apartment to $1,890 for a two-bedroom, two-bathroom 1,115-square-foot unit.

Community amenities include a commercial-grade dog wash and dryer station, a fenced dog run, bike storage and a workshop.

Downtown-based Al Neyer worked as the general contractor on the project.”
