“The vacant land beside Summit Park will become a mixed-use office, retail and residential development.

Al. Neyer recently bought the 98-acre property from the City of Cincinnati.

“This is a very big and key parcel. In this case it is an ongoing process, not a singular project,” Blue Ash City Manager David Waltz said. The property is next to Summit Park and also used to be part of the Blue Ash Airport.

Al. Neyer is partnering with MKSK and Vandercar Holdings to develop the project. All three have experience working on mixed-use developments in the area. Al. Neyer developed U-Square in Clifton and Vandercar is developing Oakley Station.”
