David Birdsall Joins Al. Neyer’s Board Of Directors

“Al Neyer, a downtown Cincinnati commercial real estate developer and design-build contractor, appointed David Birdsall to its board of directors.

Birdsall will bring his nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience to support Al Neyer’s growth in Cincinnati and secondary markets. His experience includes development, investments, operations and asset acquisition. Birdsall is currently president and co-founder of 360 Property Partners.

“David’s expertise is critical for the company as we evaluate new opportunities to grow Al Neyer’s bottom line,” Christian Nielsen III, board chair of Al Neyer, said in a news release. “Our entire team, including our board of directors, is focused on a master plan that grows the company’s revenue streams in our current markets as well as future locations.”
