Neyer, Partners Honored with Inaugural CLIMB Award for Efforts in Diversity and Inclusion The Cincinnati Business Courier and Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber honored local business and civic leaders that are making strides in diversity and inclusion. The December 12 inaugural CLIMB (Cincinnati Lifts Inclusion and Minority Business) award event recognized Al. Neyer for groundbreaking collaboration. The CLIMB award recognizes the company for its developments, The Offices at Vernon Manor and Offices @ Vernon Place. The projects in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Avondale are now office space for Cincinnati Children’s. Al. Neyer President and CEO Molly North received the award in addition to partners Laura Brunner of The Port, and minority investors Ed Rigaud of REEAAL, Inc., and Albert Smitherman of Jade IV, Inc. 300 people attended the CLIMB award ceremony, which also recognized the Chambers Minority Business Accelerator 2018 Champion Awards.
