Al. Neyer a 2018 “Best Places to Work” Finalist

For the third year in a row, Al. Neyer was recognized at the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work awards event. The employee-owned firm was named a finalist at the pep rally-style event, which recognized 65 Cincinnati-area companies with highly engaged workforces. Al. Neyer was a winner of Best Places to Work in 2016 and named a finalist in 2017. Employees at Al. Neyer and other participating companies were surveyed and ranked by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace. Companies were scored on results measuring senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated the highest in one of five size categories. Al. Neyer executives credit this recognition to the strong company culture and successes achieved through the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, or ESOP. The firm became 100-percent employee-owned in 2014.
