A Sterling Finish In Northern Kentucky

After a swift design-build delivery of about six months, the Al. Neyer team has completed a brand new warehouse and office facility for Sterling Cut Glass.

The 113-year-old company needed a new building to help it transition from a retail model to a focus on online customized orders. Al. Neyer used its design-build method to create a 56,000 sf showroom, office, and warehouse that would allow the company grow its business and display engraved crystal glassware, awards, and other unique gift items. Crews finished construction in early March.

Sterling Cut Glass is bringing 75 employees to the location, which will allow the business to develop its golf and corporate recognition divisions.
