Al. Neyer Expands to New Albany with New Industrial Project

Al. Neyer expanded to the Columbus area with new 542,737 SF project, New Albany Commerce I. This project is the first of two phases that are expected to total 760, 457 SF at New Albany Commerce Center on Smith’s Hill Road.

As Al. Neyer’s new industrial warehouse neighbors house-hold name distribution facilities such as Intel, Facebook, and Abercrombie & Fitch to name a few, this is a prime location for industrial projects in the Columbus area.

With 1,448,294 residents living within a 30 minute commute of New Albany Commerce I, the 41-acre project will soon be ready to serve the fast-growing city of New Albany.

Construction began in April 2022 and completed in May 2023.
