The 125,000-square-foot building includes both office and warehouse space. It is located at the Clinton Commerce Center in Findlay Township and was acquired in a 2019 deal with Al. Neyer. Nord-Lock Group manufactures bolting equipment for use across industries. It purchased Pittsburgh-based Superbolt in 2011 and took over its operation in Carnegie.
