I mentioned to Kevin Schutte, managing director of CBRE and formerly with Skanska USA, that my colleague in Nashville had done a story about tower cranes and went to the top of one… …The tower crane at Eighth and Sycamore is a freestanding, 264-foot tall Terex CTT332-16. It can lift up to 35,200 pounds but is configured to lift 14,300 pounds at a 164-foot radius. Maxim Crane Works L.P. is the crane provider, which costs $16,800 a week to rent.
