More than $110 million worth of investments have been made in Oakley since 2012. So far, the investment at Oakley Station, a 74-acre mixed-use development near Interstate 71, is more than $80 million. This includes a Cinemark theater, Flaherty & Collins’ 300-apartment Boulevard at Oakley Station, the region’s largest Kroger Marketplace and other retailers. At least $75 million worth of projects are underway or about to start in Oakley this year. Al Neyer is playing a major role in a number of the developments taking place in Oakley.
