Al. Neyer announced today its role as developer and design-builder of an estimated $60 million office building and garage as part of a mixed-use development planned on Eighth Avenue South in Nashville, Tenn.

From the Nashville Business Journal:

OFFICE DEVELOPER TAGS ONTO $100M PROJECT AT DOWNTOWN’S DOORSTEP

An increasingly active developer has seized on its first urban Nashville project, at a gateway into downtown with prime visibility from the interstate.

The company Al. Neyer is under contract to buy part of a 3.14-acre site on Eighth Avenue South, just on the other side of the downtown interstate loop from the Gulch. The contract gives Al. Neyer a stake in a roughly $100 million development targeted for the site that includes an office building and a hotel, plus three restaurants, a rooftop amenity deck and other retail such as a fitness studio.
