Large Regional Distribution Center Brings Class A Space

Turnpike Distribution Center, a joint development venture between Al. Neyer and Castlebrook Development Group, is filling a need in Greater Pittsburgh for newly constructed, large scale Class A bulk warehouse space. Close to Ohio, West Virginia and New York, Turnpike is a regional distribution center. At the Turnpike project, aptly named for its location at Pennsylvania Turnpike/Interstate 76 and state Route 60, the building’s docking and loading features align with what large distributors need to be efficient. In addition, up to 150 truck trailers can be parked on site, making Turnpike a convenient choice for companies with distribution, warehousing or logistics operations.

“When I saw what Al. Neyer has been able to bring to the Pittsburgh industrial real estate market, I knew they could do something with this site. There’s only one building in this market of its size.”
