Al. Neyer Welcomes VP of Design-Build Bob Brooks in the Triangle

Al. Neyer Adds New Member to Growing Team

Al. Neyer has appointed Bob Brooks as vice president of design-build to oversee our construction team in the Triangle, providing strategic leadership as we continue momentum in our fourth market. The announcement comes as part of Al. Neyer’s long-term investment and commitment to building pride in real estate in the Triangle region.

Bob will be overseeing operations, supporting sales, and growing the design-build staff in the Raleigh office. Bob brings more than 30 years of experience in construction with mixed-use, multi-family, office, industrial, hospitality, institutional, and retail. He formerly led the design-build construction group at Barker Construction Group in Raleigh where he oversaw preconstruction and supported business development. He is known for taking ownership with excellent communication skills, creativity, flexibility, and optimism as he prioritizes his clients’ needs.
