Neyer is moving forward with its plans for the Jackson Township Industrial facility after receiving approval from Jackson Township officials in Greater Pittsburgh. The project was taken through land development and now has permission to construct the flex and warehouse facility. The facility will offer 220,000 SF along Interstate 7 and carries a cost of $14 million. The project is anticipated to do well because of its presence by the exit and expected demand that will come with the location, as demonstrated by the new FedEx distribution center next door. Al. Neyer is currently marketing the property to attract a tenant for the space. Construction is anticipated to begin in the spring or summer of 2017.
