“Construction is underway on MadTree Brewing Co.’s new $18 million facility in Oakley.

The brewery, taproom and event center will be located in the former RockTenn building, a brownfield manufacturing facility, located at 3301 Madison Road.

The new facility will allow MadTree to more than quadruple production. The complex will bring 50 jobs into the city of Cincinnati from nearby Columbia Township, and there are plans to create 40 more in the next three years.

“The new brewhouse and related equipment will allow us to scale up our production rapidly with an extreme focus on quality and consistency of the beer,” Jeff Hunt, MadTree co-founder, said in the release.

Al Neyer is redeveloping the former paper mill for MadTree.”
