Al. Neyer is preferred developer of 30 acres at the City of Middletown’s key access point to Interstate 75, and provided master planning services with Woolpert on an additional 500+ acres nearby in the City’s Renaissance District, at the new $195 million Atrium Medical Center campus. Al. Neyer and Middletown prepared, submitted and won a first-round Ohio Job Ready Sites program grant to instigate environmentally sustainable development, attractive to technology driven companies.
