Cassidy Turley Announces Leasing Activity at Linden Pointe on the Lateral

Momentum Continues at Energy Star® Award-Winning Project in Norwood

NORWOOD, OHIO – In a flurry of new-tenant transactions, the Cincinnati office of Cassidy Turley has recently completed three leases totaling more than 12,000 square feet at Linden Pointe on the Lateral, a mixed use professional campus centrally located off I-71 and I-75 at 4805 Montgomery Road.

Jordan Weidner, CCIM, LEED AP and Matt Crawford both with Cassidy Turley’s Hartmann-Ryan Team represented Linden Pointe in the transactions. All three new tenants will occupy Linden Pointe by the second half of 2011. 

• Lifestyle Lift®, a medical practice specializing in facial rejuvenation, signed a lease for 5,568 square feet of office space;
  
• JP Chase Bank executed a lease for 3,500 square feet; 
   
• Clear Wireless signed a lease to occupy 3,150 square feet of office space.  

Additionally, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently awarded Linden Pointe the agency’s prestigious ENERGY STAR® Award for efforts to make the campus energy efficient – and environmentally friendly. The EPA only awards this recognition to the most energy efficient buildings in the United States. In Greater Cincinnati, fewer than 50 facilities have earned this prestigious designation.

Linden Pointe earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance as a result of careful consideration of energy efficient building systems and healthy interior environment during design, construction and tenant buildout that have produced a building that meets the conditions necessary to qualify.

Neyer, Inc., Linden Pointe on the Lateral includes a four-story office building housing 104,858 sf of multi-tenant office space and 20,000  sf of first-floor retail space. The company is completing design and construction of tenant finishes for the three newest clients.
