Al. Neyer, Inc. Development Director Christopher Dobrozsi Achieves CCIM Designation

CINCINNATI - Christopher Dobrozsi, director, office market for Al. Neyer, Inc., has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. The designation was awarded May 2, 2003, during the Institute meetings in Washington, D.C.

Dobrozsi oversees design-build services for Al. Neyer Inc.'s office development group. He has worked for the company for 17 years, beginning as an intern. Dobrozsi's experience includes many notable projects, including the 513,000-square-foot Cintas Corp. headquarters in Mason, Ohio. and the 133,000-square-foot Hawthorne Center in Blue Ash, which serves as the headquarters for Sara Lee U.S. Foods. He is currently overseeing design-build services for the Historic Ford Factory in Walnut Hills, a 120,000-square-foot renovation of a shuttered Ford Motor Co. Model T factory into office space.

Born in Middletown, Ohio, Dobrozsi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati in 1989, and an Associate Degree in Applied Science, Civil Construction Engineering. He lives in Montgomery with his wife Michelle and their two children, Andrew and James. He is a member of Montgomery's Landmarks Commission, which works to preserve its structural heritage. In addition to his CCIM membership, Dobrozsi is working toward an AIA professional designation from the American Institute of Architects.

The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean. Of the estimated 125,000 commercial real estate practitioners in North America, 7,000 currently hold the CCIM designation.
