Christopher Dobrozsi, CCIM promoted to Vice President at Al. Neyer, Inc. 

Cincinnati – Al. Neyer, Inc. has promoted Christopher Dobrozsi, CCIM, to Vice President, Real Estate Development. He has worked at Al. Neyer for most of his professional career, first in the discipline of architecture, and later through the design-build operation until he joined the company’s real estate development operation in 200x.

Mr. Dobrozsi leads some of Al. Neyer’s most significant development projects, from land acquisition through master planning, entitlement, branding, project financing, marketing and leasing. Through the company’s focus on mixed-use development, Chris has garnered success in brownfield redevelopment and remediation and economic development and environmental grant writing.

Mr. Dobrozsi joined Al. Neyer in 1987 as an architectural intern.  He received his Bachelor of Science in architectural engineering technology from the University of Cincinnati. Chris earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2003. Chris is beginning his fifth year as chair of City of Montgomery Landmarks Commission and is in his ninth year of active membership. He is a member of Montgomery Citizens’ Leadership Academy class of 2008.
