AL. NEYER, INC. DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR CHRISTOPHER DOBROZSI, CCIM, ELECTED TO CHAIR CITY OF MONTGOMERY LANDMARKS COMMISSION
CINCINNATI – Christopher Dobrozsi, CCIM, director of development for Al. Neyer, Inc., has been elected chairman of the Landmarks Commission for the City of Montgomery.
Dobrozsi is beginning his second three-year term on the commission. The seven appointed commission members oversee preservation of the city’s historical and architectural heritage. Montgomery is a city of 10,000 residents in northeastern Greater Cincinnati. It has 33 properties listed on the National Register for Historic Places.
Dobrozsi oversees development services for Al. Neyer’s office group. He has worked for the company for 17 years. His development team recently completed restoration of the Historic Ford Factory in Walnut Hills, converting it from a vacant building that once was used by Ford Motor Co. to manufacture Model T automobiles, into urban office space. Other current projects headed by Dobrozsi include Cornerstone of Norwood office development, RiverWalk and Waterfront East II condominium projects on Eastern Avenue.
Born in Middletown, Ohio, Dobrozsi is a University of Cincinnati alumnus. He lives in Montgomery with his wife, Michelle, and their two children, Andrew and James.
