UC Health Needed New Facility to Grow Services in Northern Kentucky

UC Health launched a comprehensive strategy to grow its healthcare offerings in communities with an increasing need for access to quality healthcare. That initiative led to the need of a new outpatient medical office building with convenient access to Interstates 71/75 in Florence.

Al. Neyer was selected to design and build the facility, which features primary care, orthopedics, and dermatology practices. The medical office allows UC Health to expand services in Northern Kentucky with specialty practices in cardiology, endocrinology, neurology, and obstetrics and gynecology.

The building offers easy access to parking and an open interior. Crews completed the project in fall 2014.
