Pittsburgh Developer Needed Design-Build on a Budget
Real estate developer Benchmark Realty wanted to build a fourth building in an office campus in the Borough of Seven Fields, just 25 minutes of Pittsburgh. Working with an architect, the agency soon faced a project that was over budget and deferred it to a later date.
Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a real estate service firm familiar with Al. Neyer’s work, introduced Al. Neyer to Benchmark Realty. In spring 2012, Al. Neyer came on as the design-builder of the office development. With a keen eye on the client’s budget, Al. Neyer delivered the three-story office building that now houses Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine, Inc., its largest tenant, along with Wells Fargo and High Jump Software.
Al. Neyer provided a building design that complemented the surrounding environment and existing campus while giving the building a modern look. Al. Neyer completed the project in November 2012, meeting Benchmark Realty’s deadline and budget.
